Honkai: Star Rail Announces Fate UBW Collaboration Featuring Free 5-Star Character Release

Honkai: Star Rail is set to release an exciting crossover event with Fate/Stay Night, introducing two new playable characters and a free unit. The collaboration will feature Saber and Archer as playable characters, with Archer being available as a free login reward for players. A themed event called the “Penaconian Holy Grail War” will take place in Penacony during this cross-over, adding a new layer of engagement for players.

The collaboration with Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works, which is expected to launch in mid-July, has been highly anticipated since its announcement last year. HoYoverse, the game’s developer, has been gradually revealing details while keeping fans intrigued with hints about new characters from the Fate universe. This upcoming event is expected to bring exciting new content and an expansive playable character roster to the game.

In addition to the crossover, Honkai: Star Rail’s Version 3.2 update will introduce several upgrades to the existing player rewards system, “Starlit Homecoming.” Recently, HoYoverse teased the “Sweet Dreams and the Holy Grail” special event during a concert, continuing to build excitement. Players will discover that Saber is categorized as a Wind Destruction unit, while Archer will be classified as a five-star Quantum Hunt character.

Alongside these new characters, the special event will immerse players back into the world of Penacony for a unique experience involving elements from the Fate franchise, such as Heroic Spirits, Command Seals, and Noble Phantasms. Moreover, the anniversary festivities for Honkai: Star Rail have already begun, offering players rewards like Star Rail Special Passes and Stellar Jades. As the collaboration and new content approach, fans of Honkai: Star Rail can look forward to an exhilarating few months ahead.
