The decision to phase out Star Codes has received mixed reactions from the Roblox community. The system provided creators with a 5% commission from purchases made using their unique codes. However, the community expressed some skepticism about the upcoming Creator Rewards, as it remains an unproven concept and is set to launch on July 24, 2025. In contrast to the limited earning potential of Star Codes, Creator Rewards promises to offer higher commissions and a broader network of creators eligible for earnings.
